A son of the immortal RORY’S JESTER, winner of the STC Golden Slipper S. [G1] and Champion sire, REAL JESTER was one of his most precocious sons. Bred for speed, REAL JESTER’s dam, DANGEROUS SEAM, won the Maribyrnong Trial as an early 2YO and his full brother SEIDNAZER ran 2nd in the Blue Diamond S. [G1] and G3 Maribyrnong Plate.

At the track, REAL JESTER won the Listed Merson Cooper S. [L] early in his 2YO year and followed this with placings in the VRC Maribyrnong Plate [G2] and MRC Blue Diamond Prelude [G3]. Perhaps the highlight of his 2YO season however was his 4th placing in the G1 MRC Blue Diamond S. behind REDOUTE’S CHOICE and TESTA ROSSA.

REAL JESTER served only small books of mares during his first few seasons at stud in WA where, from only 60 runners to date, he produced 29 winners (48.3% winners-runners ratio) including 1 stakes winner and a further 3 stakes performers. Relocating to Lindsay Park in 2006, his current band of 73 2YO’s is larger than his previous 4 seasons combined. This filly is from REAL JESTER’s 2007 crop.

This is the second living foal for LENKETA and will be her first to race. Second dam ALICIA has produced 2 winners at stud whilst third dam, SW TRIBAL RITE has thrown 7 winners incl. SW SILENT TRIBUTE.

This filly looks to be an early 2YO, and her pedigree certainly bolsters this opinion. Just finished her breaking, she commenced work with Mark in late January.
