Bought on spec. by Jodie and Dean in mid 2007, the mares early runs for Jodie were less than inspiring. However, Heart of Brookton found the line 4 lengths ahead of the field on 1st December to notch up her first win. Her record for Jodie stands at 7 starts for 1 win and 1 second as well and she may prove to be a handy little mare.
